Privacy Policy

One Piece TCG Simulator · Last updated: 31 July 2026

This policy explains what data One Piece TCG Simulator (“the game”) collects, why, and who processes it. The game is a free, non-commercial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation, or the creators of One Piece.

Who handles your account

Accounts are provided by Unity Player Accounts, part of Unity Gaming Services. When you create an account or sign in, that happens on Unity’s own hosted pages — not inside the game.

We never see or store your password. Password creation, email verification, password changes and password resets are all handled by Unity. Unity’s handling of that data is governed by the Unity Gaming Services Player Privacy Policy.

From that sign-in the game receives a Unity Player ID and an access token. The Player ID is the only identifier the game uses to recognise you. Your email address is read from Unity’s sign-in token purely to display it on your own account screen; it is not stored in our databases.

What other players can see

Your display name, leaderboard rating, and the results of your ranked matches are public within the game. Replays of online matches are uploaded and can be looked up and watched by other players via the in-game match search. Chat messages are visible to the friend you send them to. Your email address is never shown to other players.

Processors we use

Playing without an account

You can play offline and against the AI as a guest. A guest profile is stored only on your device, is not registered with any server, and online features (ranked, friends, chat) are disabled for it.

Keeping and deleting your data

Account data is kept while your account exists. Local data (decks, replays, logs) stays on your device until you delete it; the game caps stored replays and logs and removes the oldest automatically.

You can delete your Unity account, and the email and password attached to it, from Unity’s account portal — reachable in the game from Settings → Account & Recovery → Manage Account. To have your in-game data (display name, ranked record, messages, uploaded replays) deleted as well, contact us at the address below and include your display name. We will action it within 30 days.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
